Overview
LearnHub is an online learning platform designed to address the challenges of low course completion rates and passive learning. The platform incorporates intelligent course discovery, personalized learning paths, and community features to create a more engaging and effective learning experience.
Problem
Many e-learning platforms suffer from low student engagement and high dropout rates. Users often feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices and lack a clear path to follow. The learning experience can also be isolating, with limited opportunities for interaction and collaboration.
Goals
- Increase course completion rates through structured learning paths.
- Enhance user engagement with community features and gamification.
- Simplify course discovery with an intelligent recommendation engine.
- Design an intuitive and motivating user interface.
Process
The project involved a deep dive into the e-learning landscape, including user research and competitor analysis. I developed user personas and journey maps to guide the design process. The platform was designed with a modular approach, allowing for easy scalability and the addition of new features in the future.
