CoolAirPro, a local AC service provider, needed a high-converting landing page to attract new customers. The primary goal was to increase online bookings and service inquiries through a clear, trustworthy, and mobile-friendly design.
The existing online presence was weak and not optimized for conversions. Potential customers found it difficult to quickly find service information, pricing, and a clear call-to-action, leading to high bounce rates and lost business.
The design process involved competitor analysis, defining user personas, and creating wireframes to map out the user journey. I focused on a clean layout with a strong visual hierarchy to guide users towards the primary goal of booking a service.
The new landing page design resulted in a significant increase in online bookings and a lower bounce rate. The clear CTAs and trust-building elements helped convert more visitors into customers.
